The Investment Strategy
The Investment Strategy of the Fund is to invest in private equity and venture capital firms, providing its investors with a choice of professionally managed SPVs investing in a diversified portfolio of assets.
The number of SPVs is limited to 20. One SPV corresponds to one Share Class. The Fund through its SPVs is investing in a wide range of listed and unlisted securities, financial instruments, banking deposits, real estate projects, private equity projects and other collective investment schemes in Global Markets.
Based on experience of the external Investment Advisors, a substantial part of investments are in Eastern and Central Europe. The Fund aims to achieve an optimum return from capital invested, while reducing investment risk through diversification.
